BIM이란?

• BIM은 시공 자산에 대한 정보를 생성하고 관리하는 전체적인 프로세스.
• 지능형 모형을 기반으로 하여 클라우드 플랫폼에서 사용할 수 있는 BIM은 구조화된 다분야 데이터를 통합하여 계획 및 설계부터 시공 및 운영에 이르는 수명 주기 전반에 걸쳐 자산에 대한 디지털 표현을 생성.
